Before founding Preflight Capital, Patrick spent decades as a commercial airline capitain and concurrent entreprenuer — a dual career that shaped his belief that process is the ultimate competitive advantage.
He and his partners have underwritten and closed over $200M in multifamily transactions, and today leads a team that shares his obsession with margin of safety, repeatable systems, and delivering on every commitment made to investors.
